We are not a credit-repair company, a law firm, a financial advisor, an attorney, or a credit-reporting agency. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or credit-repair advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.

4. Affiliate disclosure

This site is reader-supported. Some links on the site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a referral fee when you click through and complete a qualifying action (such as a free consultation or signup) on a partner company's website. Use of any third-party trademark or company name on this site does not imply endorsement of this site by the trademark holder.

7. User content

This site does not currently host user-submitted comments or content. If we add features that allow user submissions in the future, those submissions will be governed by additional terms that we will publish here.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL CREDIT REPAIR REVIEW, ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO:

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. (You pay us nothing, so the practical cap is US $100.)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. To the extent any portion of this section is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your access to and use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including for violation of these Terms. Sections 5–13 survive termination.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and agree not to participate in a class action against the other.

14. DMCA / copyright complaints

Your notice must include the elements required by the DMCA, including identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, an under-penalty-of-perjury statement of authority, and your physical or electronic signature.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our (/privacy-policy/), constitute the entire agreement between you and Credit Repair Review regarding the site and supersede any prior agreements.
